This tune reminds me of one of those short little passages you hear in bitter-sweet comedy movies. It usually occurs near the end when the hero (a slightly silly yet endearing character) puts a final flourish on the solution to the story's problem, then packs up his bags and saunters into the sunset, essentially unchanged by the whole experience.
